We’re officially open! We’ve kicked off our grand opening weekend on the 20th May in true Eatalian style with our traditional pasta cutting ceremony by London Mayor, Sadiq Khan and our founder and CEO, Oscar and Nicola Farinetti to celebrate the launch of our restaurants and indoor dining throughout our store. You can enjoy traditional Italian dishes made with the freshest ingredients at Cucina del Mercato and Pasta e Pizza, sit in store for breakfast with a pastry from La Pasticceria and coffee from Caffè Bar or lunch from Pasta Fresca and Pizza alla Pala, grab a drink at the central bar, book a cookery class at La Scuola and of course, you can still shop in our market and enjoy an Aperol Spritz at La Terrazza di Eataly!
Pasta e Pizza focuses on simple and traditional pasta dishes and pizzas made with the highest-quality ingredients. Cucina del Mercato embodies our mantra ‘we cook what we sell, and we sell what we cook,’ offering dishes that have been prepared to order with seasonal produce straight from the fresh counters. Open kitchens in both restaurants allow you to watch our chefs, fishmongers, butchers, bakers and pasta makers practice their craft as they prepare your food right before your eyes! All ingredients are also available to purchase throughout our store, from the olive oils and fresh cheeses to the meat, fish and vegetables. It doesn’t get much fresher than this!
La Pasticceria and Gran Caffè Bar are offering additional socially-distanced seating for you to enjoy fresh pastries and gelato. Pizza alla Pala serves crunchy Roman-style pizza by the slice, and Pasta Fresca Bar gives you classic pasta dishes alongside the central bar serving wine and cocktails and antipasti, perfect for Aperitivo hour. Of course, you can still join us La Terrazza for Italian sharing dishes as well as cocktails, wine and beer from the Aperol Spritzeria.
Don’t forget, you can still discover our market which offers over 5,000 quality Italian and local food products, including fresh produce from our butcher, fishmonger and cured meat and cheese counters. Get lost in Il Vino, our winery with over 2,000 Italian wine labels, and savour something sweet at La Via del Dolce offering freshly baked Italian cakes, pastry, cannoli and gelato. You can also visit our house of mozzarella, Il Caseificio, and watch our casari as they produce fresh mozzarellas and Italian cheeses on site every day!
We want to make your visit with us as safe and comfortable as possible, so are following government guidelines closely. Please view our COVID safety measures online here.
